Yes! You can bring your own food into the lounge area.
Yes! You can bring visitors to the lounge area but they cannot be left alone in the area. As soon as your meeting ends or you leave, your guest has to leave too. You are responsible for your visitor and that they comply with R7 Hub house rules. Unless, you have booked a meeting room, you can have up to two guests at a time.
Yes! All well-behaved pets are welcome in R7 Hub. However, we may ask you to take them away if they are interrupting other members.
If you need to bring your child, you can do so as long as they do not interrupt other clients.
Not all of our clients are allowed to register their company to our address. Only clients who have paid for a dedicated desk or a team space can use R7 Hub's address as their business address.
Hot desks in the lounge area are granted on a first come first served principle.
Only clients with dedicated desk or team space membership can access the R7 Hub during weekends and holidays.
No! However, if you have used all the free meeting room hours per month included in your membership type, you can use meeting rooms for an extra fee.

Yes! You can have a meeting in a meeting room if you have previously booked the room. You can also use a phonebooth without a booking if it is available at the time.

You can throw various events in the R7HUB, ranging from private corporate party to a public event to present your company or speak to a wider audience. Just reach out and we can find you the best option.
The price for booking the whole space is 100€ for an hour and the minimum booking is 5 hours.
We require 12hour head notice for guaranteed access with 1-day pass.
You need to use your 10-day pass within one month. Unused days won't be transferred to the next month.
Just inform the hub manager about it. We require 1 month head notice for hot desk membership and 3 month head notice for dedicated desk membership.
