What is coworking?

Coworking is a global movement that provides collaborative and innovative office space solutions for people to grow their businesses. It is generally defined as flexible, membership-based workspaces where diverse groups of freelancers, remote workers, and other independent professionals work together in a shared, communal setting.

What are the opening hours of the R7 HUB?

R7 Hub is open Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM

Can I bring my own food and eat it in lounge area?

Yes! You can bring your own food into the lounge area. 

Can I bring visitors?

Yes! You can bring visitors to the lounge area but they cannot be left alone in the area. As soon as your meeting ends or you leave, your guest has to leave too. You are responsible for your visitor and that they comply with R7 Hub house rules. Unless, you have booked a meeting room, you can have up to two guests at a time.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Yes! All well-behaved pets are welcome in R7 Hub. However, we may ask you to take them away if they are interrupting other members.

Can I bring my child with me?

If you need to bring your child, you can do so as long as they do not interrupt other clients.

Can I use R7 HUB's address as my business address?

Not all of our clients are allowed to register their company to our address. Only clients who have paid for a dedicated desk or a team space can use R7 Hub's address as their business address.

Will I always get a desk in the lounge area?

Hot desks in the lounge area are granted on a first come first served principle.

Can I access the R7 HUB during the weekend if needed?

Only clients with dedicated desk or team space membership can access the R7 Hub during weekends and holidays.

Billing

Are there any additional expenses that aren’t included in the fees?

No! However, if you have used all the free meeting room hours per month included in your membership type, you can use meeting rooms for an extra fee.

What is the price for a team space?

Meeting rooms

Can I have meetings with my visitors in meeting rooms and phonebooths?

Yes! You can have a meeting in a meeting room if you have previously booked the room. You can also use a phonebooth without a booking if it is available at the time. 

Can I use meeting rooms for free?

You can use meeting rooms for free based on the number of free hours included in your membership. (10-day access - 3hours per month; hot desk - 6hours per month; dedicated desk - 8hours per month; team space - unlimited)

Can I book a meeting room if I do not have a R7 HUB membership?

Yes! Contact us for more information.

What if I have used all of my free hours of meeting room availability for the month?

No worries! You can still book a meeting room for an extra fee.

How do I book a meeting room?

You can book a meeting room by reaching out to one of the R7HUB team members.

What if my meeting is cancelled and I don't need the meeting room anymore?

You need to cancel the booking at least 12 hours before your initial meeting time.

Does the meeting room have a minimum booking time?

Yes, the minimum for an #UnicornStable meeting room is 3hours.

Events

Can I launch an event in R7 HUB without the membership?

What kind of events can I organise in the R7HUB?

You can throw various events in the R7HUB, ranging from private corporate party to a public event to present your company or speak to a wider audience. Just reach out and we can find you the best option.

What is the price for booking the whole space to launch an event?

The price for booking the whole space is 100€ for an hour and the minimum booking is 5 hours.

Membership

Can I come to the hub at any time for 1-day access?

We require 12hour head notice for guaranteed access with 1-day pass.

Does the 10-day access expire?

You need to use your 10-day pass within one month. Unused days won't be transferred to the next month.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

Just inform the hub manager about it. We require 1 month head notice for hot desk membership and 3 month head notice for dedicated desk membership.
